How to use Napoleon Perdis Play-Pen Eyeliner Pinky Promise:

1. Remove the cap from the eyeliner pen.
2. Twist the bottom of the pen to dispense the product.
3. Start at the inner corner of your eye and draw a line along your lash line, extending it slightly upwards at the outer corner.
4. If you want a thicker line, apply more pressure to the pen as you draw.
5. To create a winged look, draw a line from the outer corner of your eye upwards towards the end of your eyebrow, then connect it back down to your lash line.
