Caringbah Warehouse: Order before 2pm and your parcel will be ready for collection on the same day after 3.30pm at your preferred location.
All retail stores (excluding Caringbah Warehouse): pick up generally available within 2 business hours of order being placed.

To avoid unexpected customs charges and delays we have set a maximum cart value of $1000NZD. If your cart is over this amount you will need to split your order.
Please note that due to strict Airmail regulations aerosols and flammable items cannot be shipped by Air and therefore cannot be mailed overseas.
All parcels are subject to a 5kg weight limit and all parcels above the specified weight limit will not be able to sent out as one shipment. For parcels that exceed the weight limit, please contact us and we may be able to make arrangements for a single delivery, however we make no guarantee.

Please note that due to strict Airmail regulations aerosols and flammable items cannot be shipped by Air and therefore cannot be mailed overseas.
