How to use Eye of Horus Dual Brow Perfect Dynasty (Medium):

1. Start with clean, dry eyebrows.
2. Use the angled tip to outline the bottom of your brow.
3. Outline the top of your brow.
4. Fill in any sparse areas with short, feathery strokes.
5. Blend the product with the spoolie brush on the other end of the pencil.
