Oz World Terms and Conditions
- Oz World is a credit-based system where the user can earn credit back on every purchase made online and in-store.
- Oz World is currently only available at ozhairandbeauty.com and valid only for Australian and New Zealand residents only.
- Oz Hair and Beauty reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without any notice.
- Joining Oz World requires the creation of an account with Oz Hair and Beauty. An account can be created via the account page and requires your email, first name and last name.
- Anyone can join Oz World with a valid email address. Only one account can be made per customer, any other accounts will be closed, and all credit will be forfeited.
- Oz VIP are entitled to a base credit earn rate on all purchases made online and in-store at Oz Hair and Beauty. Oz Royalty members will receive a 2x multiplier on all credit earned at Oz Hair and Beauty.
- Credit is earned on the monetary portion of goods purchased online and in-store at Oz Hair and Beauty. All shipping charges, parcel insurance and other administration charges (i.e., restocking fees) are excluded from Oz World credit.
- Oz World credit cannot be used with any discount codes or promotional offers activated via a code.
- Any friend referred to Oz Hair and Beauty must be a new customer who has not placed any orders with Oz Hair and Beauty previously.
- A referred friend must place one order with a value greater than $50 before any discount for the existing customer to receive their credit.
- Credit owed to a referring customer are applied to the referring customers account within 7 days of a successful referral.
- A referred order being marked as delivered by the courier will be deemed as a successful referral.
- If a customer that has been referred has not used any referral code for their order, we are unable to apply any referral award for this.
- A customer can complete up to 50 successful referrals in the calendar year.
- All discounts for referred contacts exclude Hair Appliances, Bundles & The Ordinary.
- All credit earned online and in-store at Oz Hair and Beauty will expire after 12 months of date earned.
- Any unused credit cannot be extended, redeemed for cash, or exchanged.
- Credit cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Credit can be redeemed at the cart if the customer is logged in, or in-store at the counter. A valid email address must be provided with an existing credit balance to make a redemption.
- Where a customer is entitled to a refund for their order and credit has already been redeemed, the value of the credit will be deducted from the refund total.
- Credit cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
- The Oz World loyalty program can be retracted at any time without notice by Oz Hair and Beauty.
- Oz Hair and Beauty reserves the right to cancel any credit, vouchers, or loyalty account where the user is deemed fraudulent.
- Trade accounts, wholesale distributors, and any business-to-business (B2B) entities are excluded from joining the loyalty program.
- The loyalty program is designed exclusively for individual consumers and is not open to businesses or trade entities. Participation in the program is limited to persons who are customers of our products or services for personal use.
- We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify any individual found to be in violation of these terms. This includes but is not limited to excluding any trade or B2B accounts attempting to register for the loyalty program.
- Any loyalty program account found to be associated with a trade or B2B entity will be subject to immediate termination. Termination may result in the forfeiture of all accrued loyalty credit and benefits.
- We reserve the right to refuse membership to any individual or entity at our discretion. If there is suspicion or evidence of a trade or B2B account attempting to enroll in the loyalty program, we may deny membership without providing any further explanation.
- In the event of the Oz World loyalty program being retracted, Oz Hair and Beauty reserves the right to withdraw any outstanding credit, unused vouchers, or loyalty accounts.
- Oz Hair and Beauty reserves the right to modify, amend or edit the credit rate for all online and in-store orders placed at Oz Hair and Beauty without notice.
