What is Oz World?

Introducing Oz Hair and Beauty’s loyalty program, Oz World. Earn between 2-4% credit on every purchase you make online and in-store dependant on your tier. Redeem your credit on every subsequent purchase online and in-store for both products and services.

How do I join Oz World?

Joining Oz World is simple, and we can’t wait to reward you for shopping at Oz Hair and Beauty. To join Oz World, you must have an account with Oz Hair and Beauty. Simply login or create an account here and head to your Oz World rewards page to join.

I've already purchased from Oz Hair and Beauty, can I still join Oz World? 
If you are an existing customer, you will need to have an account before joining Oz World. If you are an existing customer without an account, you will be able to create one here before joining our loyalty program.

I’m not subscribed to receive emails, can I still join Oz World?
You will not receive any communications regarding your loyalty membership if you are not subscribed to receive emails from Oz Hair and Beauty.

How do I earn credit?
You’ll automatically receive credit on all purchases made online and in-store at Oz Hair and Beauty. Credit is added to your account 7 days after your order has been confirmed. You will see this in your pending balance on your account dashboard. If 7 days has passed since placing your order and you have not received your credit, please contact our friendly customer service team.

How can I redeem my credit online?
You can redeem your credit at the checkout when placing your order. You must be logged in to view and redeem your credit balance prior to placing the order. We cannot apply credit to an order once it has been confirmed. Oz World Credit cannot be used with discount codes.

How can I redeem my credit in-store?
You can redeem your credit in-store by presenting the retail store team with your email at the counter. Your retail assistant will notify you of your credit balance and can apply your desired amount to your transaction. Oz World Credit cannot be used with discount codes.

I’ve recently completed a service or made a purchase at an Oz Hair and Beauty salon or skin clinic; will I receive credit for my spend?
Yes, you will receive credit for these services. The credit is applied dependant on your tier and will still take up to 7 days to be available in your account. You will see this in your pending balance on your account dashboard. If 7 days has passed since placing your order and you have not received your credit, please contact our friendly customer service team.

Do I need to do anything to earn credit with my purchase?
No, credit will be applied to your account automatically account 7 days after your order has been confirmed. Please note you must be logged in and a member of Oz World to earn credit with your purchase. In-store, the retail team will require an email address or phone number to ensure you are earning credit with your transaction.

Are there any exclusions when using Oz World Credit?
There are no exclusions to the products and services you are purchasing when redeeming Oz World credit however it cannot be used with discount codes both online and in-store.

I’ve made a purchase but haven’t received my credit yet. When will I receive my credit?
Credit will be applied to your account automatically account 7 days after your order has been confirmed OR you have made a purchase in store, and you are an Oz World member. If this time has passed and you still have not received the credit, please contact our friendly customer service team.

How can I check my credit balance?
Your credit balance is available on your account page, or you can ask our retail store team to check your Oz World credit balance. If you’ve just placed an order or made a purchase in-store, please wait up to 7 days before contacting our friendly customer service team.

Does Oz World have any tiers?
Yes, there are two tiers in the Oz World. Oz VIP is the entry tier which all new members will be enrolled to. Members will earn 2% on this tier. Once members have spent more than $399 within a 12 month period, members are upgrade to Oz Royalty where the earn rate doubles to 4%. Members that joined prior to August 2023 will still be on the (now defunct) Oz Legacy tier.

Are there any benefits to joining Oz World?
Yes, all Oz World benefits can be found here.

Will I keep my tier status forever? 
No, members need to spend $399 in a rolling 12-month period to maintain their Oz Royalty or Oz Legacy tier status.

Why did my tier status drop? 
Your cumulative spend did not meet the requirements for Oz Royalty or Oz Legacy in the last 12 months.

How can I maintain my tier status? 
You can maintain your Oz Royalty or Oz Legacy status by meeting the spend requirements.

How will I receive my Oz World Birthday Gift?
An Oz World birthday voucher will be automatically added to your account once you receive your birthday email. Please note, this voucher has a minimum spend of $100 and excludes Gift Cards. To receive an Oz World Birthday Gift, you must update your birthday on your profile. You can do this by visiting the account dashboard in the complete my profile area.
