New Zealand shipping information

All Standard New Zealand parcels are sent with Seko Logistics and can take 3-8 business days to arrive.  

These times are reflective of metro areas only and additional days will be required for areas outside. 

 

This is excluding any delays in dispatching the order in which the customer will be notified. 

 

Please Note: Due to Covid-19, international parcels may experience delays that are out of our hands. 

The rates are weight based and are displayed in the below table:

The maximum weight limit is 7.5kg, any order over will require more than one shipment. 

 

Unfortunately, due to delivery costs, free shipping or discounted shipping promotional codes do not apply to international orders unless clearly stated otherwise.  

 

Please note that due to strict Airmail regulations aerosols and flammable items cannot be shipped by Air and therefore cannot be mailed overseas.
