Frizzy hair can be a real pain. We’ve all been there: one minute we’re feeling confident with perfect hair, and the next… those perfectly silky-smooth locks have been replaced with something resembling a lion’s mane. Keep the heat low

Don’t brush dry frizzy hair

If you brush hair that is already frizzy and you haven’t added a conditioner or serum, things are going to get a lot worse! This is because brushing without moisture can disrupt the cuticles of the hair. This causes the outer layers to lift, resulting in a much more unruly, untamed appearance. With a conditioner, you’re providing your hair with a protective layer which will also help to destress and detangle it.

When brushing, you should always begin at the bottom, and brush a little bit further up the hair with each stroke until you reach the roots. This will not only help to detangle your hair, but will ensure products are evenly spread.
